What is your cancellation policy? How do I Cancel?

You will receive a full refund if you meet any of the following criteria:

a) Your trip is over 180 days away.    

b) You booked within the last 30 days and your trip is still over 90 days from the start date.

If you do not meet any of these criteria, your booking is not eligible for a refund.

If you need to cancel a trip, please 'Submit a Request' and we'll be in touch.

If your reservation is cancelled due to non-payment, all payments will be forfeited.
