I need to cancel my trip. What should I do?

If you need to cancel your trip, visit our Help Center and Submit a Request immediately. 

Please note that in the event of a trip leader canceling their trip, all travelers will be subject to our cancellation policy.  

It's rare for a trip leader to need to cancel their trip.  In order for us to best serve all our Trip Tribe partners (you, our travelers and the venue), please do not contact the venue or your travelers until you've communicated with us first.  In some cases, we may be able to work out alternate arrangements (a substitute trip leader, for example) and we will work with you to organize that.
