Do I need to provide meals?

Trip Tribe requires venues to provide a minimum of one meal per day. Most venues provide three meals per day. If you provide less than three meals a day, please provide suggestions for where travelers can purchase additional meals.  The cost of any meals you choose to include should be built into the overall room rate you list with us.

We encourage all venues to consider providing three meals a day.  Having all meals included simplifies planning for trip leaders and makes your venue more attractive to them.  If you don't provide all three meals, being as detailed as possible about where guests can purchase additional meals can help trip leaders make a decision about whether or not your venue is a good fit for their group.
