Do I need to provide ground transportation to and from the airport?

Yes. Trip Tribe requires that all venues provide ground transportation to and from the airport. Trip Tribe does not arrange ground transportation for our travelers or on behalf of our venues.

Many venues have a shuttle service or work with a transportation provider that can provide transportation at no additional charge.

Venues without these services are still responsible for making arrangements for ground transportation from the airport for all Trip Tribe guests. When you register as a venue, you'll be able to set a per-person price for round trip transportation. Please set a price that will cover the costs of transportation that you arrange, regardless of group size, both to and from the airport. Trip Tribe will provide all venues with a list of guests and their flight itineraries to help coordinate your efforts.
