When a booked guest agrees to transfer their reservation, they agree to cancel their reservation and gift their payments to a new guest.
We only allow guests to transfer their reservation to a new guest under very specific circumstances. There are three conditions that must be met in order for a guest to qualify for a reservation transfer:
1) There are no spots left on a trip.
2) The trip start date is between 60 and 30 days away.
3) The guest who would like to transfer their spot has already paid in full.
If your guest qualifies for a transfer, please ask your booked guest and the new guest to submit a request to us. Once they email us, we'll make sure that their reservation is properly transferred.
