What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
You will receive a full refund if you meet any of the following criteria:
a) Your trip is over 240 days away.
b) You booked within the last 30 days and your trip is still over 90 days from the start date.
All payments except your deposit are refundable if your trip is more than 180 days away.
If you do not meet any of these criteria, your booking is not eligible for a refund. If you need to cancel a trip, please 'Submit a Request' and we'll be in touch.
If your reservation is cancelled due to non-payment, all payments will be forfeited.
